Welcome to Part 3 of Offer Optimization. In this lesson, you’re going to figure out what it takes for your client to see success with your offer. Now that you have the steps of your Proprietary Process planned out, you’ll decide on the other parts of your offer - tools, deliverables, support, and more. Once you have all the pieces pulled together, you will create a comprehensive Offer Map for your offer.

This lesson will walk you through a series of prompts that have a goal of helping you decide what you need to include in your offer to help your clients achieve the result or outcome they are looking for in the most efficient way.

You may not think efficiency matters when it comes to offer planning, but it does! Most people, including your clients, are busy! They don’t want to learn or do a bunch of extra stuff when it comes to solving their problem or achieving their outcome, they just want the result they paid for!

But, how many of us are guilty of trying to make our offers seem “worth it” by including as much stuff in our offer as we can? I like to call offers that have a whole bunch of extra stuff in them “kitchen sink” offers!

But what often happens with kitchen sink offers is one of two things - they’re hard to sell because all the stuff included with them overwhelms the buyer, or they’re ineffective because all the extra stuff in them distracts your client from the things she actually needs to get the result she’s looking for.

And neither of those situations is good for making sales easier or more consistent in the long run.

So, I want you to work today on deciding what tangible things, support, and deliverables are needed for your off, then Optimizing Your Offer for efficiency by taking an honest look at whether each piece provides real value to your Dream Client by helping her get the result,

Once it’s all here on the page, I again encourage you to take a break. Maybe even wait until tomorrow, then come back to this section.

What I often find happens is that if you force yourself to create your offer and edit it all in one day, you’ll be too attached to the things you’ve included in it. If you come back to it later or in a few days feeling more refreshed, you’ll probably find it easier to be objective about whether a tool or lesson is truly needed in your offer.

So, go ahead and take that break. Then, when you come back, go through your offer one last time with a goal of streamlining! Take an objective look at the value each inclusion brings, and consider whether there is anything you can remove from the offer that will Optimize it and help your clients get the result or outcome in a more efficient manner. Remember, no “Kitchen Sink” offers!
